Yes. A large share of our work is taking over maintenance on existing equipment, including lifts originally installed by other suppliers. We start with a full safety inspection and condition report, then propose a maintenance schedule based on what the equipment actually needs.
Breakdown response is the core of what we do. Our technicians diagnose and repair faults with the aim of minimizing downtime, because in a hospital, university or housing block a stopped lift affects people immediately. Response times are agreed as part of your maintenance contract.
Yes — that is the main advantage. The Attollo wireless intercom and monitoring systems are plug-and-play and need no structural changes or new cable runs, which makes them suitable for older and heritage buildings where rewiring would be disruptive or expensive.
We do. Modernization covers upgrading control systems, drives, cabin interiors and safety components on lifts that are structurally sound but dated. It is usually far more economical than full replacement, and it brings older equipment back up to current safety expectations.
