A hot lift
is a common complaint.
A lift car is a sealed box that fills with people and heat. In hospitals and housing it is a complaint; in hotels it is a review. We supply and install units designed specifically for lift cars, and service the air-conditioning across your building.
Built specifically
for lift cars
HESHAN units mount on the car roof and duct cool air into the cabin. Compact enough to fit without changing the shaft, quiet enough not to dominate the ride, and available with a heating function.
- Two frame sizes — 2600 W and 3500 W
- Cooling only, or with heating (TKD models)
- Maximum noise under 55 dB
- R410A refrigerant
Installed by
our own team
We measure the car, size the unit and install it — on an existing car or with a new one. If the car is being refitted too, finishes and cooling go in on the same visit, so the lift comes out of service once.
- Car measurement and unit sizing
- Fitted to existing or new cars
- One visit alongside a cabin refit
- Routine servicing within your lift contract
The whole building,
one contract
Beyond the lift car, we maintain and repair building air-conditioning — split, window and central units. We are registered with the Ministry of Finance for air-conditioner maintenance and repair (code 220301).
- Scheduled servicing and cleaning
- Fault finding and repair
- Split, window and central units
- Can be combined with your lift contract
The right size,
not the biggest unit.
Unit selection depends on car volume and how hard the lift works. We size it for you.
Lift air-conditioning
questions we get asked.
Yes. The unit mounts on the car roof and needs no structural change to the shaft. We check the car dimensions and the space above it first, then recommend a unit.
The TK-26 (2600 W) suits standard passenger cars; the TK-35 (3500 W) is for larger cars and heavier traffic. Tell us the car dimensions and how hard the lift works, and we will size it.
No. Maximum noise is under 53 dB for the small frame and under 55 dB for the large frame — quiet enough not to dominate the ride.
Yes. Models prefixed TKD include a heating function (2200 W and 2270 W) for highland sites or heavily chilled lobbies.
Yes. We maintain and repair split, window and central units, and are registered with the Ministry of Finance for that work. It can go into the same contract as your lift maintenance.

Tell us the car dimensions, the building and how hard the lift works. We will size the unit and quote supply, installation and servicing together.
